He began his real estate career in London with Foxtons, where he quickly established himself as a high-performing sales agent. After relocating to Dubai in 2022, he continued to build a strong track record in residential real estate before moving into business ownership and helping scale a successful Dubai brokerage.

This experience gave Jake a broad understanding of sales, marketing, recruitment, operations, negotiation, and the wider commercial realities of the real estate industry.

Having returned to frontline brokerage, he now applies this experience directly to helping property owners, buyers, and investors make informed decisions. His approach is analytical and data-led, combining detailed market research, transaction analysis, strategic pricing, and clear communication.

Jake specialises in Sobha Hartland and the surrounding Mohammed Bin Rashid City area. As a resident of the community, he offers first-hand local knowledge alongside a detailed understanding of its buildings, layouts, pricing trends, rental performance, and future development potential.
