Position Overview:

Liv Squared properties are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team, a prestigious high-end real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing visually stunning photography and videography that effectively showcases luxurious properties, while helping to elevate the branding and marketing efforts of our real estate listings. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to create content for various marketing channels. Experience in the UAE real estate market and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality interior and exterior images of luxury properties for use in marketing material, listings, websites, and social media.
  • Utilize advanced techniques in lighting, composition, and camera settings to create captivating visual content that showcases the unique features of each property.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure that final products meet company standards for consistency and quality.
  • Produce and edit high-end property videos, including virtual tours, drone footage, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create video content that highlights the features, lifestyle, and ambiance of luxury properties.
  • Ensure seamless integration of video and audio elements, and provide polished, professional editing to create engaging, storytelling-driven videos.
  • Work closely with real team to understand the vision and objectives for each property shoot.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement visual content into digital advertising campaigns, social media, and listing websites.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity, style guide, and overall marketing goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production quality to stay competitive in the luxury real estate market.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a focus on real estate or luxury properties.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing professional real estate photography and videography work.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for editing and retouching.
  • High-level understanding of lighting, composition, angles, and other technical aspects of photography/videography.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients, agents, and creative teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to work on location and on weekends or evenings as needed.
  • Knowledge of up to date real estate marketing trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with virtual staging or 3D tours.
  • Minimum two years experience in the UAE real estate industry
  • Valid UAE driving licence is a must
