Jatin Anand is a Property Consultant at Liv Squared Properties, bringing a multidisciplinary background spanning communications, public policy, stakeholder engagement, and government relations.

Before moving into Dubai’s real estate sector, Jatin worked at the intersection of communications and public policy, collaborating with multilateral organisations, think tanks, non-profits, and social-impact organisations in India. His experience has included strategic communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and government liaison. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from O.P. Jindal Global University and a Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking from Whistling Woods International.

His move to Dubai and real estate was driven by an interest in working in a dynamic, international market where understanding people, building relationships, and having a strong grasp of the market are central to creating value for clients. He takes a research-led and consultative approach to real estate, with a particular focus on understanding a client’s objectives and helping them navigate the Dubai property market with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Jatin enjoys world cinema, reading, swimming, and cycling. He is particularly drawn to stories, cultures, and ideas from around the world—interests that continue to shape his perspective both professionally and personally.
